The Chairman of the US-China Business Alliance (NOACC) and Chairman of ArionSS, a California-based warehousing and supply chain enterprise, has long been engaged in cross-border trade, market expansion, and supply chain management, and is dedicated to helping enterprises transition from market entry to scaled development in the United States. He moved to the United States at the age of 12 and has studied and worked there for over 40 years, giving him a profound understanding of the US-China business environments and industrial structures. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with degrees in Computer Science and Statistics. He is also involved in education and technology affairs, serving as the founder of the IEIS educational public welfare platform, a Los Angeles regional committee member of the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), a board member of the Arcadia Education Foundation, and a board member of the University of California preparatory system, promoting US-China educational and innovation exchanges.
